The Premier Cru's expression
Our Premier Cru is the embodiment of a particular terroir of champagne. This cuvée give us a blend of different 1er cru. the pinot noir is most present, expressing its caracteristic power, and matured aromas, which come from 5 year of ageing on the lees. First, white flower and stone fruit and then Danish pastry, bread and honey can be tasted. It is just the beginning of all aromas, which can develop more with time and patience in your cellar.
