The Grande Réserve

The Grande Reserve blend shows us the freshness, the smoothness but also a good storage potential i your cellar due to a high presence of chardonnay. After 5 year of maturation, this cuvee is always a vintage developped with a bubble elegance and leads you on a wonderful journey to the heart of champagne to show the special characteristics of its year.

The Blanc de Blancs

This cuvée is made of 100% chardonnay grapes. Its flavour shares the perfect balance of minerality, iodine and notes of brioche, you can even feel some saltiness at the end. its sourness cleanses your palette every time and helps to rediscover this champagne at every sip.

The Premier Cru

Our Premier Cru is the embodiment of a particular terroir of champagne. This cuvée give us a blend of different 1er cru. the pinot noir is most present, expressing its caracteristic power, and matured aromas, which come from 5 year of ageing on the lees. First, white flower and stone fruit and then Danish pastry, bread and honey can be tasted. It is just the beginning of all aromas, which can develop more with time and patience in your cellar.
